Terms and Conditions

  • Program is available solely to member; discount privilege is non-transferable to clients, purchasing agents or any third party. Payment is due at time of order.
  • Please submit order to martinka@martinkacrystal.com. We will then send you an invoice via email payable with credit card. You may also order online using your personalized codes.
  • Discount does not apply to items that are part of a “quantity discount promotion” (ie buy 2 and get 10% off etc). Please check the offers section of the ¬†product page to see if a promotion is available. Discounts don’t apply to clearance items, items that are 20% off or more and during major holiday sales including and not limited to: Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales when we introduce limited time deep discounts. There is no discount on shipping charges.
  • Standard store shipping rates apply. For expedited shipping or bulk orders please email martinka [at] martinkacrystal.com for shipping quotes. Orders requiring expedited shipping, must be placed via email or phone.
  • Standard store return policy applies. Please check the customer service/faq section of our website. Please note that special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Sales tax will be charged if applicable.
  • Trade discounts authorized by this application apply solely to items offered on www.martinkacrystal.com. Our partners have their own terms and programs.
  • By accepting membership to Martinka Crystalware & Lifestyle’s Trade Program, you agree that you will purchase Martinka Crystalware & Lifestyle merchandise for the sole purpose of conducting business with an individual client, and that you will not resell such merchandise to the general public through retail stores, the internet, printed materials, or any other means. Membership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at Martinka Crystalware & Lifestyle’s sole discretion.
