How are my items packaged?

Our products make wonderful gifts for the holidays, weddings, bridal showers, housewarmings and other occasions, so we try to make the packaging both durable and elegant. Each product is individually wrapped in bright white tissue paper and prepackaged in a secure “ready-to-wrap” box.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We sure do! At checkout you will have the option to include gift wrapping to your order for $1.99.

Also, make sure to personalize your gift with a hand-drawn greeting card. Choose from our selection right here. After your purchase email us with a personal message that you would like us to include if you are shipping straight to your recipient. Please include your order number and personal message in the email. We’ll take care of the rest!

How are my items shipped?

We use a combination of FedEx Ground and USPS. Your items ship ground within 24 to 48 hours after your order is processed. If an order is placed on Friday after 12pm, then the items within the order will be shipped out between the following Monday and Tuesday. The same goes for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. Shipping schedules may change during holidays and during weather related occurrences.

Also, just a quick reminder, when entering your shipping address, please make sure to input accurate information to avoid loss of package, rerouting and return. We are not able to cover additional charges associated with return of shipments or rerouting.

Where do you ship to?

Great question! Currently, we only ship to the 48 US contiguous states and internationally through our partnership with Borderlinx.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Through our partnership with Borderlinx you can ship your purchase internationally in 3 quick steps:

2. Use your new Borderlinx U.S. Shipping Address when placing your order on our website, this is the address that we will send your items to.

3. Borderlinx will handle delivery from your new US Shipping Address to your home address, including all customs and tax formalities.

Please note we only accept payment cards with a U.S. Billing address. If you have a credit card with an international billing address, you can do one of two things:

1. Add your new Borderlinx U.S. shipping address with your credit card or bank merchant.
2. Use the Borderlinx Concierge Service and Borderlinx will make the purchase on your behalf.

Do you provide expedited shipping?

Yes and no. Though we do not offer expedited shipping through our standard checkout process, we are able still able to expedite your shipment. For overnight services and other expedited shipping options contact us.

Once we get your request we’ll provide you with an expedited shipping quote, and then issue you an electronic invoice via email payable with credit card. This invoice will include both the cost of goods and shipping.

We can also prepare an expedited shipment using your own shipping account if that is more convenient.

My items arrived damaged, what do I do?

We’ll work together to get you new item(s) shipped as soon as possible! We take every measure to ensure that your crystalware arrives in excellent condition; however damage can occur during shipping. In the event your merchandise arrives damaged please contact us for a damage claim and replacement. Please make your damage claims within 48 hours so we can honor your damage claim. In order for us to issue a replacement or refund, we will also need all damaged merchandise to be kept in its original packaging.

Can I return my item(s)?

No problem! Please contact us to complete your return.For all merchandise returns, we offer a refund less a 5% restock fee. Please note, orders under $90.00 that initially paid a $10.95 or $6.95 flat rate shipping fee will be credited their order subtotal prior to the $10.95 or $6.95 shipping charge. For returns of items that shipped free, we will issue back credit of items minus the shipping cost to you.

Items can be returned up to 30 days after the confirmed delivery date. We can only issue a refund on item(s) that are returned in their original and non-defective condition. Return shipping is your responsibility, and for your protection we recommend insuring your shipment in case damage or loss occurs during return shipping.

Please note, that items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.

Can I exchange my item(s) for another?

Exchanging your item for another isn’t problem! Simply, email us.

For exchanges, we will waive the restock fee. Return shipping for exchanges is your responsibility, and for your protection we recommend insuring your shipment in case damage occurs during return shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can. You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To check status and make changes to your order contact us.
