Tuesday Dinner Recipe

Add some flavor to your Tuesday night dinner plans. To help you do this, we have put together this flavorful recipe filled with fresh ginger, garlic, and Thai herbs. It’s easy to make and it’s healthy!

Here’s what you will need:

Potato, Brussels Sprouts Medley

  • 1/2 whole granny smith apple (sliced and diced into small pieces)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 8 brussels sprouts
  • 1 whole green pepper (sliced and diced into small pieces)
  • 1/2 portobello mushroom (sliced and diced into small pieces)
  • 1 thumb of ginger (sliced into thin pieces)
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 4 red skin potatoes (diced into quarters, quarters should then be diced additional into quarters)
  • Rosemary
  • Pinch of Garlic pepper salt

Stuffed Chicken and Thai Sausage

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 Thai sausages
  • 4 cloves of fresh peeled garlic sliced into thin slices
  • 1 thumb of fresh ginger sliced into thin slices
  • Rosemary
  • Pinch of Garlic pepper salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil or canola oil

Apple, Spinach Salad with Creamy Whole Grain Dijon Dressing

  • Spinach leaves
  • 1/2 granny smith apple diced into small pieces
  • 2 cloves of sliced garlic
  • 1 thumb of fresh sliced garlic


  • 3 tablespoons of whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • Pinch of garlic pepper salt
  • Rosemary

Here’s how you make it:

Potato and Brussels Sprout Medley

Prep all of your vegetables. Add half of your granny smith apples, mix with your portobello mushroom, potatoes, green pepper, Brussels sprouts, 8 cloves of garlic (unpeeled), 1 thumb of sliced ginger, squeezed lemon juice, rosemary (add to your liking) and garlic pepper salt. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are fully cooked through.

Stuffed Chicken and Thai Sausage

Wash your chicken breasts and dip both sides in canola or olive oil. Add slits throughout, starting from top to bottom. Sprinkle with rosemary and garlic pepper salt. Peel and dice fresh garlic and ginger. Stuff pieces of ginger and garlic into each slit. Once you have finished garnishing the chicken, add both the chicken and Thai sausages to the grill. Grill until chicken and sausage is fully cooked.

Salad with Creamy Whole Grain Dijon Dressing

Mix spinach leaves with apples, ginger and garlic slices into a bowl. Next, in a separate dish mix 3 tablespoons of whole grain Dijon mustard with 1 table spoon heavy cream and 2 tablespoons plain yogurt. To add additional flavor incorporate minced garlic.
